Tripadvisor is the world's largest travel guidance platform, helping millions of travelers plan and book their trips. Beauty To Go is a service feature that lets travelers discover and book beauty and wellness treatments at their destination.

For this project, we produced an explainer video that introduces the Beauty To Go experience — showing how travelers can browse beauty services, compare options, read reviews, and book appointments directly through the Tripadvisor platform before or during their trip.

The video focuses on the user journey: searching for beauty treatments at a travel destination, filtering by service type and ratings, viewing real customer reviews, and confirming a booking in seconds. The goal was to make an unfamiliar service feel simple and trustworthy for first-time users.

Visual approach: friendly 2D character animation with travel-themed illustrations, smooth UI interaction sequences, and warm color tones that balance Tripadvisor's brand identity with the beauty and wellness context.

Deliverables: script review, storyboard, 2D character animation, sound design, and platform-ready formats for web, app, and social channels.
